Firmware upgrade for Pioneer DVR-A04

Hi,
Is there anyone reading this who has recently bought the Pioneer DVR-A04 like me?
If so, you'll be aware that there is a firmware upgrade required for this particular piece of equipment.
It's available from http://www.pioneer-eur.com/eur/support.jsp?category=supportbut it's taking me ages to download it.
I don't know why, maybe 'cause of where I'm living (oh, the joys of rural life!) but it's driving me mad, so if there is anyone reading this who actually managed to download it, maybe you would be kind enough to e-mail it to me or you might know of an alternative location where I can download it from( if it's not too much trouble)
