When should the TMPGEnc setting..."Output YUV data as basic YCbCR not CCIR601" be used?
I have original Digital8 DV format scenes, and don't see that much of a color shift between either enabling or disabling the above TMPGEnc setting when watching the final encoded VCD on a TV (PAL).
TMPGEnc suggests with DV format scenes, better results can be obtained by enabling this setting?
Anyone know any more on this subject...
