  1. Hi,
I have downloaded a movie from the internet and it's framerate is 12,500 FPS, but I want to encode it to VCD, and it won't open in TMPGEnc.

Any ideas how to resolve this problem, or an alternative to help me?

    Thanks In Advance,
    Ronnie

In a word, No. The only thing you could try is frame doubleing. The framerate this thing is in, is WWWAAYYY out of spec, requiring you to torture the video just to get it to a proper framerate. Your time would be better served buying the DVD.
Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything...
