I stripped down a movie(extra audio/subtitles). This is movie only. After stripping down, the VIDEO_TS folder was 4.83gigs. I used VOBedit and demuxed all video. Now in this folder is the normal VTS_01_x.vob files and the new VTS_01_1.m2v file. The .m2v is 3.99 gigs. So is this the new video file for the movie? What do i do with this .m2v file? Little confused

you should have a ac3 file also. then m2v file is video only. you said its only 3.99 gigs so that plus audio should be under 4.7. so if i was you i would download ifoedit and author those two files into dvd files and then burn them with nero of what ever program u have that can burn dvd files.

Actually, if that 3.99 GB measure is from Win Explorer, that is a base2 number. The 4.7 GB of a DVD-R is a base10 number - converted to Base2 GB's is only 4.38 so you would only have 0.39 GB of space left for audio.
But anyway, a 90 minute film with 224kbit audio will only require about 150 MB for audio so you should be safe.
