    Hi all,
    I have some audio (fast salsa music) that I want to put to some video but the beat is too fast. Is there any software out there that I can use to slow down the audio track by about up to 15%?

    Windows sound recorder app will decrease but not by an individual percentage. I think Goldwave will do this.
