I was recommended this software to use to author VCDs with closed captioning. The author states to create the RAW caption file (from the SMPTE coded SCC file using the tools) and "for VCDEasy, for example, you'd add the caption files in the ISO Files screen" INSTEAD, I get "This is a special [S]VCD Directory error from the program. Is there a switch to turn this off for expert usage, or has it been permanantly disabled in later versions? HELP!!! am I doomed???
The tools to create closed captioning files (such as CAPTnn.DAT) and the docs are at this site:
