I cannot play MP3 or JPG with my new Cyberhome 500. It is not the disc media since the same disc type burnt with regular CD tracks played just fine. Is there certain settings I need to use when creating the MP3s or JPGs in order for the player to recognize the files? Any help would be appreciated.

There is a BIOS upgrade ISO image available on their website that I believe addresses this issue. www.cyberhome.com

Thanks MikeF. The problem is I cannot get the player to recognize any CR-R or CR-RW I burnt except those with audio tracks. I tried to upgrade the BIOS with a CD-R I burnt from the ISO image and came back with a bad disc message. I have sent 2 messages to cyberhome support with no reply so I am doubtful they will send me a BIOS disc. I am really surprise about the good support other readers have gotten from cyberhome.
