burning VCD and other files problem.

I´m making a cd-rom...that´s 90% video.
So i want to make a VCD that in fact has the cd-rom files, and i want that the VCD and the CD-rom to share the video files.

so i´m making some test... that have gone bad

i make a VCD with ulead DVD author.
i make a image , the open it... and burn it like a normal cd-rom with nero.
in the root directory i put a autorun and a litle program..

whe i put it in the DVD it doesen´t work (

any help???

i can´t open the image and burn t like a normal cd-rom?
i need to make the vcd, burn it with leaving it open and then adding new files???

any help????
