Trying to make it into an MPEG file!!

i using TMPGEnc and i'm getting to the last screen so i can make my movie into an MPEG file, but, everytime i click "start"...it says "can't load P3Package.dll"...i then installed TMPGEnc again and unzipped all the files but this message is still coming up...any ideas why???

Q. When I run TMPGEnc, it says "Can't find P3Package.dll".
A1. Downloading problem
If you have not downloaded correctly, this may be occur.
Please download it again. We recommend you to use Internet Explorer to download.
A2. Unzipping problem
If you are using older version of unzip program, it may ignore original file/folder structure, as a result, the dll is extracted to different location from original.
We recommend you to use latest version of unzip software.

okay, well i'm using something else to UNZIP the files but now it's saying "write error occured at address 77F536F7 of module 'ntdll.dll' with 00000000....anyone know what ANY of this means???
