I have been ripping, converting, and burning DVDs/AVIs/XVCDs for years now, and this is the first time I have ever had seroius trouble that I cannot fix.
I downloaded a few movies, all of which use the "Lame MP3 Encoder (ACM)" and the audio will NOT convert. I have done everything I know how to do. Even when I have installed the decoder it just won't work (using TMPGEN, and every other program you can name).
If I just put it through, it does just video, with no audio. If I use virtual dub and just take out the audio, there is this horrific ticking noise in the background, and once I put that into the MPEG wherever there was that click, there is no noise, so the audio is shortened significantly.
I have no idea what else do to. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. My e-mail is MSDGamer@aol.com. Thank you very much
