Hello,
Im just encoding some video into XVCD for my Panasonic RV31, and on your players list, it says it can go up to 2600kbs, i have encoded mine into 2500kbs just incase, but i read on your SVCD profile, they must be;
any kbit/sec MPEG-1 both variable and constant bitrate.
could someone explain this a bit more simple to me? i have encoded audio in 224kb.
thank you!!
