  3. Use TMPGenc to re-encode the avi to Mpeg2. If the avi is more than one file, you can append the first file using "virtual dub". The output should be separated to .m2v and .mp2. I've tried to demux and all that after it was re-encoded and it didn't work well. Once you have the separate video and audio files, they can be loaded in DVD Maestro. Add chapter points and compile the image. I use Nero to burn the DVD to complete the project.
