I've been following the Cretin's Guide and ran into a little problem. At step 26, I load up the main movie VTS_1_0.IFO, go to VOB Extras, follow the steps and load up my compressed .m2v file, then choose my stream and click STRIP IT. Right away I get a message "failed to open for writing: C\Movie\VTS_01_1.VOB. After clicking OK it continues on and goes through all the main movie VOB's 1-6 writing them all to VTS_01_1.VOB. When they are all done, I get a "error open file. Maybe it is write protected". Every time I try and save the work I get that message. What the?
Also, while using another guide, I used DVD2AVI to create a d2v file of the main movie but no matter what I do, TMPGEnc won't load the d2v file. I tried everything.. Even copying and pasting the DVD2API.vpf file from DVD2API file to TMPGEnc's file which brought up the "save as .d2v" option but it still won't work. It keeps saying "file unsupported". What gives guys?
