strange problem in DVD+RW

Hi,
I have burned (Copy) of whole DVD movie to a DVD+RW in Nero UDF1.2
and i can se the movie in my stand alone DVD Player Toshiba SD1300
now, when i am Authoring my own movies and than build a DVD folders,
VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS and burm them with Nero ahain UDF1.2
on DVD+RW even on DVD-R i cannot see the movie!
the player display DVD sign and on my TV i see black image
anone had this problem or know what is the problem?

i see the problem....i Author with DVDit it was not good i Author with DWS
was good....why??strange....
