  1. Using virtualdub I have extracted the audio to a wav file
then using TMPGenc imported the audio with the video file
and throughout the preview and completion I have no sound

I've tried every everything no luck.

When I open the saved wav file it does work

    Any suggetions?

    THanks

don't know if this will help or not... but in virtual dub make sure that you check full processing mode for the audio... the wave should be about 1 gb for a 2hr movie or thereabout
You win some, and you lose some, and some get rained out...
