I have been using Rempeg to produce a m2v file and remuxing with IFOEDIT- No problems.
Have started using CCE (for better results on certain movies)and get a m2v file that plays fine with media player but after remux is more like a slide show. And when the audio has reached the end the film still has 1/2 hour plus to go.
