Is there a way to get the finished product to fit onto a single DVDr when using DVDXCOPY? I am talking a 1.5 hour movie. DOes everyone who uses DVDXCOPY end up with multipl disc movies? I love the ease of the product, but I really want to keep it onto one DVDr. I know I will lose some quality, but all my other single DVDr movies seem fine for my liking.

I dont think so. From what I know DVDxCopy is just a program to make an EXACT copy of the master disk. You would have to use Smartripper or something to extract the video, down-sample it and then use some other programs to join it back together and all that jazz.
