    hi

    any suggestions for conversion of short avi clips into mpeg sequence with clip transitions? am currently using arcsoft video impression, but results in fuzzy mpeg; ultimate objective is to burn a vcd with series of such sequences

    any help appreciated

    I am assuming you already have the transitions in your AVI file, so it is just a case of encoding to mpeg. Use TMPGEnc and read the how to convert section.
