anyone have a movie that glitches or pulsates every 5 sec or so? everything went well until i play it. it flickers or pulsates just a little every 5 secs or so. any help would be appreciated

How did you make the film? VCD,SVCD,DVD,DivX?? and what tools, settings did you use?
Or did you just download it?
