I have a standard video card right now. And I would very much like to upgrade it. I want a Video Capture card AND a video card with TV-OUT with the RCA jacks.
Okay my question is this:
Is there a card that has both video capture and video out with the rca jacks? If not, is it wise to have a capture card hooked up to a computer that also has a video out card?

The ATI All In Wonder of all varities have Video In and out. I use an ATI Rage Fury Pro that has video in and out but no tuner since I don't need one to record off of sattelite TV.
I believe there are also some GeForce cards that have Video in and out, but I can't address them since I have never used one.
You also have the option of using a capture card seperate from a video card which should work fine.

Alright thanks a lot! I will try to find a fairly in expensive ATI All in Wonder card, but yet a reliable one.
