Why do I get so much blocks, quality is looks
very good, but when I play it on TV I get sooo much blocks , so it make no sense to make SVCD disks.
And I just don't get it why ?
Captured avi's(source DV camera) looks good enough.
I use: Win2000_NTFS, Adobe Premier 6,
TMPGEnc 12i, Nero.
