  1. How do I copy files from a vcd to my HD??I was just trying around when I found out that I could just right click on a .dat file in the vcd and click copy and then just paste it into my folder. All I had 2 do was just to rename the .dat file to a mpg....But i noticed the file size was huge(around 35MB) .....what can I do to reduce the file size??like compressing it??I want 2 upload the file on my website and 35mb will take a long time!

Is there any program that can copy and compress the file at the same time to my HD?Thx
