  1. Im busy encoding a PAL AVI to a mpg VCD. Its only 1 avi movie i havent put two together. its

    I seperated the audio using virtualdub to wav as i couldnt to ac3 as headac3he was giving me an error basically saying that it wasnt an ac3.

    I chose the sources in TmpgEnc for both video (avi) and audio (.wav) and its compiling now but when i go to preview i hear no sound i just see the video why is this??? will the final movie have no sound also???

    Tmpgenc preview is only for video. Encode a short clip to see if you hear any(start encoding and click stop after some short time and play the mpg). If it looks and hears okey hit start again to encode the entire video.

  3. thanks very much i cant believe i didnt think of that...i guess i forgot how the program would preview the process its obviously the mpg it creates..
