  1. I've downloaded Pearl Harbor in 3 svcd mpg files. Now I have 2 problems. First I can't extract the sound, cause VDub says its a wrapped mpg. But runnig it through VcdGear has no effect. Why do I want to extract the sound anyway? Because it has a high white noise level. If I can get the sound I want to run it through some noice reduction tool (you know one ). Or is there a way of noise reduction directly on the mpg's?

Virtualdub do not support mpeg2(svcd). You can demultliplex the audio to mp2 and convert it to wav with tmpgenc, besweeeeet, winamp

  3. 8) Found an easyer way. If I set my DS-System to Prologic instead of Stereo (which I do in gerneral for SVCD's) the white noise from 4 corners neutralizes itselve. .
