How would i get about doing this.
I got Moviez but i don't want to go ahead and start to make 1 million coasters so if i can get some light on my issue, from those that have encountered these exact problems.
I will state things i have on my labtop:
I have 64 MB video ram.
I have InterVideo DVD 2000.
and 196 Mb or ram.
Don't know what else i need new to makeing vcd's and playing them on my DVd player.
i have went to my device manager and i have a QSI DVD-ROM SDR-081.. thanx for any information leading to my viewing of vcd's on DVd player

Take a look to the left under 'Play - video on comptuer' you'll find everything you need there.
Aside - I'm not familar with Moviez, but the main reason people make x(S)VCD is to play videos on the their stand alone/TV. If you've got a DivX, qt, etc. on your computer to start with and plan to watch the movie on your PC, there's no need to go through the time/troble of making a VCD.
