My situation.

I have an xcard, and a big hardrive so I can play all media from my pc to my tv, without burning VCD's or SVCD's.

my problem.

I have 3 svcd mpeg files and I wish to join them into one long movie.

But the 2nd and 3rd files have a short run in from the previous mpeg file.

I have tried using tmpgenc to cut these run ins out.

but when I join all 3 together the audio becomes horribly out of sync as you enter then 2nd and 3rd parts of the movie.

I think I know what the problem is, when I cut the parts tmpgenc is making the audio stream a few seconds longer for each file when I cut them for some reason.

does anyone know why and does anyone know an easy way to Edit and join mpeg2.
