  2. Yes I receive similar results, appears the video quality degrades until the next I frame then snaps back to a proper colour. Any one point us in the right direction. I can find much on the subject. Is this a frameserving or capturing prob? Is there an easy way to narrow prob down?

  5. Hi,

I have this problem too. I tried to convert from divx(lord of the rings) to vcd, and the color turns bleuish/purple and then goes back to normal.

Could it be anything related too the videocard? I currently have a nvidia TNT2 M64. (athlon 1200, 256ram, win98)

What videocard do you guys have?

    Pascal.

  6. I just searched this site some more, and found the problem: in tmpge, go to options, environmental setting, VFAPI-plugin, right-click on directshow multimedia file reader, and chance the priority to 1 or 2.

For a better explanation look here: http://www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgenc.htm#problems
