I'm trying to encode The Best Of Bowie DVD's with TMPGEnc but for some of the tracks the subject of the picture has a wavy edge around it.
I had the same problem when I tried to copy the Fawlty Towers discs as well and never found the cure. I've tried various settings but withiut joy, and I think it may have something to do with the original source material, i.e. film. Anything that is more recent seems to be unaffected by this.
Can anyone offer any advice on how to get around this problem?

Does no-one have any ideas? Someone must have come across a similar problem before.
