I am following the guide on this site to convert a DivX file into a VCD compliant video using TMpegEnc v.2.59. I follow the directions as specified with no problems. When TMpegEnc gets to about 99%, it just shuts down. No messages, nothing. I check the converted video and it appears fine with the exception of chopping off the last 2-4 seconds of the video.
Has anyone encoutered this problem and more importantly, resolved it??

i get this from time to time with one exception. i get warning messages, but it dosen't shut down. it just stops at 99%.
not sure why this happens? but as long as the file encodes,i don't worry about it.
