TMPGEnc doesn't seem to be encoding all vobs

I hope this is something simple. I'm using EasyVCD to rip a DVD, which it appears to do just fine -- all the vobs are there, as well as the template and audio tracks. However, when TMPGEnc starts to do the encode, it will only do 1 hour of the dvd. I've set the split to a 74 minute cd, but I get one large mpeg, and one that's about 4 minutes long. Any ideas?
