  1. I have a problem with I-Author.When I try to multiplex with mux II and
    it's started to multiplex the audio, an error pop up:
    "the disc is full, need ....bytes space"
    What did I wrong?
    Please help me if you can!
    I am a newbie with bad english.
    I have tried to reduce the audio framerate to 160kbit/sec, but the error pop up again with lesser "....bytes"

    I'm not sure what error you are referring to but...

    I-Author is so old it predates 80 min cds. If your mpg is not going to fit on a 74 min cdr then I-Author won't multiplex it unless you install a patch for it. Try doing a web search for "I-Author Limit Remover."

    I-Author also used win95 coding and this results in some strange bugs on other operating systems. I know of one bug that is quite common when making the image, though I've never seen it happen during mulitplexing. Because of this bug I-Author misreads your hard drive capacity and thinks that you don't have enough space. The solution is to add some files or delete some files from your hard drive.
