Batch Processing for TMPGenc, AVISYNTH, and Premiere

I capture and edit my DV using Premiere 6. I use AVISYTH plug-in and TMPGenc to convert the finished project to a mpg file. My finished projects are usually about one hour long but I need separate mpg to build my VCD. Is there a batch process my finished projects instead exporting my timeline in separate parts individually?
