ATI Wonder Or Haup' WIN TV Pci ???

I am looking for the best quality entry level capture card, i also want to export to external video projector via my video card.

the best display reolution of the Win Tv is 1600x1200 but has only a capture res' of 384x288/avi according to this sites comparison table.
on the other hand the ATI Radeon has a max display res of 640x480 but can capture up to the same resolution in avi also with mpeg at 352x288.

From the site i have read that it is possible to force cards up to a capter resolution of 640x480 is thi possible of the Win TV.

I run Win ME With 512ram on 1.2 Ghz Epox.

I just had a look and can select max 768 X 568 capture size, however if I try to capture at that size in uncompressed AVI I would loose more frames than I would capture.

P3 450, http://www.hauppauge.com/ Win TV, maybe you might do better. I can capture using DivX at a larger size, but mostly use 340 X 288 DivX and it will not loose any frames.
