    OK. I have a good AVI file with my movie and with perfect AV sync,of about 620MB which fits in a CD...
    When i try to encode with TMPEGEnc to SxVCD MPEG-2 the final file comes out a little bit bigger (no problem with that) but it looses it's AV sync. How can that be possible????
    Any suggestions...?

    You never specified your hardware or OS, of which can have a direct impact on captures and conversions.
