  1. I am capturing with ATI TV Wonder: my video is excellent, and audio is in synch. My problem is the audio: there is too much stereo, and it stays with it even after burning the VCD.

My main captures are from VCR, but I so capture from DirecTV. No dropped frames or anything.

Should I be setting the audio filter at all? If so, what should I set it to?

I mainly use Virtual VCR and iuVCR to capture. I set the video compression at Huffv.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

VIA chipset motherboards do not like dealing with Soundblaster sound cards at all. That what it sounds like to me. I don't know if you have an VIA based motherboard or not. If you do then get another non soundblaster card to try out
