I was curious if you guys thought that this is a good video card for the price I was going to be paying ($40)...I don't really know much, but it has the tv capture and I just wanted to be able to capture some stuff and get this card to learn with before I get a better one...ok well post your thoughts/comments/opinions on it, or whatever...
