please anybody can help me i m using pentium 3, 1 ghz with 128 RAM and pixelview TV pro card as my capture device.i need to make high quality video for this i choose huffy as codec and virtual dub as my capturing device and resolution 352x288 in pal because my cap device supports that and TV as my video source.Now the problem is that the output contains some random jerky lines

which kills my video quality and capturing with picvideo codec the lines vanishes but lose in quality.Now i want to remove these lines but how
