    I'm currently using TMPGEnc version 2.59 (running on WIN XP Pro) and two times out of three when I try loading a video TMPGEnc gives me this error: Write error occured at adress 77F52109 of module 'ntdll.dll' with 00000000" Then when I close the program, I get the following error:
    "runtime error 216 at 0003D948". I've tried using the previous two versions, but I still get the same message. Can anyone help?

    My problems was about 10 minutes in the encoding I got errors
    or even hard crashes that rebooted my PC.

    Try this:

    Upgrade your BIOS to the latest firmware.
    look at your motherboard manufactures website.

    Still problems, format the HD and re-install windows from scratch.
