I have a few VCD's some I made others were given to me. Some play no problem however 1 is stuttering and is unwatchable, and the other one won't play becuase the DVD player thinks it is an MP3 disk.
I am thinking the ones not playing were encoded improperley.
Is there any software that will show me how the MPG files were encoded ?? I know TMPGENC will encode but will it show me how a file is encoded ?? How ??
Any other ideas ??
Thanks again for the help. I am testing these disk in a store bedfore I buy the DVD player.
