I have a bunch of old videos on VHS that I'd like to convert to VCD or DVD. So for input, the card would need to support standard VCR video in. I guess it also needs to be able to encode the stream in MPEG 1 or 2.
I'd also like to use the card for playing back these videos directly to the TV, so it would need Standard video out or S-video out.
There are about a million cards out there with a million options.![]()
Any recommendations?
I'd like to keep the price under $200 US.
