Hi,
There's no easy way to correct your file created with the Xing encoder. The best way to get better quality is to re-encode using TMPGenc and set the "Motions search precision" to High Quality (Slow).

That's a good suggestion, but TMPGEnc likely won't be able to improve on video that already has a problem (garbage in-garbage out). What is it that doesn't look good? Can you be more specific than "something disturbs the eyes"?

You must be encoding in PAL, I encode in NTSC at 29.97 and even when I encode at 2520 in XVCD I still get a little strange motion blur, I since have moved over to SVCD and that seems to have solved the problem, plus I get a sharper picture with colors that look brighter.
I use TMPGE beta b version to encode with. -
the movie is from dragon forever(jackie chan)
especially at figthing scenes the punches and kickes cannot be seen easily something like slow motion proccess but sequence time is correct.time ok but motion has lack of frame i think..
