I have a couple downloaded VOB files that I want to convert to MPEG for a VCD. I have tried FlaskMPEG and get an error telling me to "config video" or "config audio". I set it for "VOB Convert" and select the aspect ratio with the Output Pad to 320X240 and 29.97fps on the Video Tab, Decode Audio radio button on the Audio tab, and leave the settings on the other tabs at the defaults, and click OK. On the Flask COntrol Panel, I select the start and stop, BBMPEG Encoder on the Select Output button, then click the FlaskIt button.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I am doing wrong, or do I need to use a different application?

    Thank you!

  2. You could load the vob files into dvd2avi, and create a project file (d2v), this can be loaded into tmpgenc to encode to vcd/svcd. check the how to section for the details.
