I have converted my whole movie to MPEG VCD format. But It is one whole file for the entire 2 and a half an hour movie. Is there any utility to cut this file into 2 or 3 depending on your cd capacity ( say 74Min or 80Min ).
Also while using VCDEasy I am getting a message 'Padding is required, vcd may not play properly';. What is this message? How can I remove Padding required? Is this going to affect the quality of the picture?.
I am using FLASKMPEG to convert my video. Is there any way to create XVCD using FLASKMPEG?

You can split your mpeg1/xVCD file easy with VirtualDub into smaller parts. If you have mpeg2 you have to use a special version which recognises mpeg2 or you can use tmpgenc.

You can use FlasK for re-coding to mpeg, but for this it needs avisynth and tmpgenc too. >frameserver
Check out the guides on this site how to do this & that.
The error in VCDEasy maybe comes from the non-compliant source you produced with FlasK...
