    i capture in IUVCR (with Picvideo JPPEG codec) to SVCD specs - it all caps great no problem.. Because my drive is FAT32 i can only cap in 4GB chunks.. luckily IUVCR is capable of continous capping, so my cap may be like 3 seperate avi files.. is there any way you can create a project file (like you can with VOBs to d2v/wav file in DVD2AVI) that tricks TMPEG into thinking it is one big AVI file, otherwise i have to encode 3 sperate AVi files to MPEG2 then join em and burn. Essentially, all i'm asking is there a similair program to DVD2AVI that allows me to save a project file but for split captures in AVI fomat. Phew, hope u understood that.. thanks for the help!

  2. You can use virtualdub for this and frameserve your files to Tmpgenc.
    Open your 1st avi in virtualdub. The select file->append avi segment. repeat with the third.
