    Hi guys. I'm newbie. i'm trying to create a VCD to record the movie. well i successful create a PAL VCD.. and i put it in my VCD player to play it. But the picture is jumping.. i duno why.. the picture is fine when i view it using computer.. can someone help me to fix the problem?

    maybe you have a ntsc vcd player

    I already use 1x which spent me 1 hour for creating 1 VCD... and that is not working...

    well MY VCD player is compatable to vide both NTSC and PAL..........

    is there some other possible solution?
