    Does anyone know of a good Freeware DVD player for the PC?

    One moer thing, Is my DVD-ROM and PC affected by Regional Coded DVDs?

    i use winDvd 2000. its a demo, but the time never expires, it just sends a reminder every once in a while. i like it.

    as for your second part.. uh, i duno what yer talkin bout sorry.

    Look for them among the Tools on the left.
    Yes, your DVD-ROM (its firmware) is also determined for region, but not your PC...
