I have had/used the VFAPI Codec vs 1.05en and it has been working fine.. until today. I dont know what is wrong but when i try to add a d2v file it wont let me anymore it only lets me select tpr format files. There are 2 selections i can make, which are d2vfile and a tmpgenc file, but the d2v file is only letting me select .tpr files for some reason. I have installed the the vfapi codec and the .bat, and as i said it has been working fine until today. Any ideas anyone?

What error do you receive? If you type *.* in the filename area, and press enter, you should get a list of all files, regardless of their type. Just select the file you want to open.

Well, i dont really get an error. It just wont let me load .d2v (dvd2avi) files anymore. All it will let me load are .tpr(tmpgenc) files, m2p, mpg,m2v, and vob files... d2v is not a choice anymore... it wasnt like that when i first installed it. I could open and convert d2v files fine... now i cant.
