Does anyone know if it is possible to burn and integrate SVCD data with ROM content? Don't know enough to attack this one on my own so any direction is greatly appreciated!! Cheers!

Yes, VCD and SVCD can both have ordinary CD-ROM data on them as well as the video. The exact method for this depends on what authoring software you use, in VCDEasy you drag your files in to the "ISO Files" section. There are some directories at the top level that are required by the standard, but you can add your own.
