What I do is make a backup with DVD X Copy to a DVD+R/W or DVD-R/W first. Then I use DVD Decrypter in ISO read mode and make an ISO image of the DVD on my local hard drive. In the settings of DVD Decrypter you can check the check box to remove Macrovision. Once you have the ISO on your drive use DVD Decrypter in ISO write mode and write the Movie to DVD+R or DVD-R. This process is two fold. You now have an archived image of your movie for faster backup reproduction and it also removes Macrovision.

If anyone else has an easier processes to do this or a tool that will make it easier let me know. However, this process I outlined is not very hard and I like having a digital copy stored on my Raid Array in case I ever loose or damage my original and backup copies.

    Hope this helps.

I don't know if their is a program out there to remove macrovision from the IFO file just before DVDxCOPY Burns or not but would be interested in trying one if it exists.
