How do i get Mpeg images?

I have the Ulead DVD movie factory and wanted to customize the DVDR i make by adding a personal image/picture to the beginning of it sorta like an FBI warning where it is shown for a few seconds then disappears. I have no Mpeg picture, only jpeg. Is there a convertor program? or what do i need to do to get a personalized image to a DVDR movie?

You will need and mpeg encoder, to convert the jpeg to mpeg files.

all you need is TMPGenc which can convert your jpeg perfect to mpeg2 ..

just make a wav file (anything) the lenth of the clip you want to play (say 7 seconds) and load wav and load jpeg and hit convert ..

Does TMPGenc rescale the jpeg to full screen ?

yes it can -- but select display full screen .. or if you dont want it full screen just use adv tools and set it how you want ..
